Working remotely and working from home are something we know really well! Syngency is and has always been a fully remote team with employees working from home offices, kitchens, garages…you name it…all over the globe. We’ve worked through the awkward phases of finding routine, programs to communicate with, and how to make Syngency available when you’re out of the office or at home.

Communication Tools: At Syngency we use a variety of communication tools throughout the day to stay up to date with each other on a variety of work and team-building related items. You can use the Messenger function in the Syngency App to communicate directly to your Talent or Agent. Zoom or Google Hangouts for video conferences, Slack to send quick messages about ideas on anything and create “channels” or “threads” around them, and of course you have Cell Phones/Texting/Calling/Facetime.
