• Talent: Use your Syngency Mobile App! - The Syngency mobile app for Talent is one of the best tools you can use now and all year. HERE is a comprehensive guide to getting started.

• Communication Tools: At Syngency we use a variety of communication tools throughout the day to stay up to date with each other on a variety of work and team-building related items. You can use the Messenger function in the Syngency App to communicate directly to your Talent or Agent. Zoom or Google Hangouts for video conferences, Slack to send quick messages about ideas on anything and create “channels” or “threads” around them, and of course you have Cell Phones/Texting/Calling/Facetime.
